PRODUCTION MANAGER
The critical and highly visible position of Production Manager will work closely with company managers to recommend, prepare, implement and manage processing methodologies and their underlying accuracy. You'll also support the sale and production of company products.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Familiarize with company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Loan Origination Software, and become proficient in the use of in-place company processes and systems.

Leverage client, systems and transaction knowledge to create systems that support the rapid growth of the company sales department.

Work with all company departments and subsidiaries to ensure pipeline production efficiency.

Establish efficient transaction processes for all company products, and constantly explore and implement methods of continuous improvement.

Manage transaction schedules based on sales requirements and office capacity to maximize labor utilization.

Develop processes in concert with the net branch relationship with America One Finance (AOF) and ensure compliance with their “Standard Operating Procedures”. Assist in the application procedures of new Loan Officers with AOF.
Resolve seller and buyer dispute within the guidelines of DFI compliance requirements.

Monitor production resource demand by developing and managing tracking systems. Based on demand, strategically recommend acquisition of resources to meet company growth goals.

Build systems for tracking lease transaction clients and payments.

Build systems for tracking lease transaction clients and payments.
Establish, monitor and maintain reports for Management review of transaction flow and monthly closing ratios.

Play a hands-on role in management, motivation and direction of company production workforce.

Coordinate office activities to ensure deadlines and timelines consistently meet required schedules. Supervise and manage workload of transaction processing teams.

Develop systems, methods and procedures to facilitate sales, expand markets, and promote business.

Review due diligence findings, compliance and quality control for discrepancies to troubleshoot problems.

Interview job applicants, hire qualified personnel, work with HR to conduct orientation of new staff.

Special projects as assigned by CEO or Systems Manager.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
-
5 years of mortgage origination.
-
2 years of management experience.
-
Experience with CRM software and process management preferred.

Strong time management skills (ability to close your own loans
and manage others at the same time!).

Attention to detail and the ability to drive deals from application to close.

Ability to handle complexity in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
