TODD BUCKNER, FOUNDER & CEO

In 2000, Mr. Buckner began his real estate investment career as the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Intraspect Group, Inc. He provides overall strategic and investment direction and leadership to the firm.

Prior to founding Intraspect Group, Mr. Buckner was a principal with the Far East Maritime Agency ("FEMA"), and earlier served as Manager of Offshore Operations for Dalmoreprodukt ("DMP"), the principal investment vehicle of the Vladivostok investor Yuri Dadenko.

Prior to joining DMP, Mr. Buckner served in the United States Armed Forces as a Colonel's Aid.

Mr. Buckner holds a degree in Business from the University of Washington.
